1 1/2 c. milk
2 to 3 tsp. instant coffee
1/2 tsp. shredded orange peel
1 pkg. (4 serving) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. whipping cream
Cooled meringue shell

Omitting the milk called for on package; in medium bowl combine 1 1/2 cups milk, coffee crystals and orange peel. Add pudding mix and prepare according to package directions. Beat whipping cream to soft peaks and fold into pudding. Place meringue on serving platter. Spoon in filling. Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight.
