CHILI CON QUESO 
1 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
10 oz. cheddar cheese
6 oz. green chili peppers
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 pt. of half and half
4 tbsp. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. Crisco

Saute onion in Crisco, add chili peppers, garlic and cheeses and cook over low heat until cheeses are melted. Add half and half and stir until mixture is well mixed. For best results, serve in a fondue dish.
