2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 cube butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. quick oats
Chopped nuts, optional

Place sugar, butter, milk and cocoa into 2 quart saucepan. Stir and bring to boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter, stir until melted. Stir in the dry oats and drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper or foil and let cool. Add the nuts or coconut or raisins at the same time you add oats.
