SUNDAE DESSERT 
20 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter, melted
pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 gal. Creole coffee ice cream, softened

Spread over crushed cookie mixture and freeze. Then spread on chilled chocolate sauce.

Topping:

1 large container Cool Whip or whipped cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Top chilled chocolate sauce with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze until well set.
