1 stick butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts

Mix together. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Cool crust. Mix 8 ounce cream cheese, 1/2 cup Cool Whip (12 ounce tub), and 1 cup powdered sugar. Combine and spread over cool crust. Mix 1 large box of chocolate and vanilla instant pudding, 3 cups milk. Mixture will be thick. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and place nuts on top.
