P.'S BARBECUE SAUCE | |
3 cloves garlic, chopped Juice of 1 lemon 2 tsp. Hickory smoked salt 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. sugar 1 (2 oz.) bottle; McIlhenny's Tabasco sauce 1 (26 oz.) bottle Heinz catsup 1 (9 oz.) bottle French's prepared mustard 10 oz. Lea & Perrin Worcestershire sauce 8 oz. Wesson oil Mix all ingredients well. Store in tightly capped jars in refrigerator. Great on chicken, ribs, chops, etc. |
