CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRY COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Maraschino cherries
1/2 c. Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 egg
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Let set. Mix butter and sugar on low until fluffy. Mix egg and vanilla. Add mixed ingredients to dry mixture. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Make thumbprint in middle of ball. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

Let cool. Save juice of cherries. Put 1 cherry on each cookie. Combine chocolate chips and Eagle Brand milk plus 4 teaspoons cherry juice. Drizzle over cherries.
