FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT | |
22 graham crackers, crushed 1/3 c. butter 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk 1 1/2 c. mashed fresh or frozen strawberries 3 tsp. lemon juice 1 (4 oz.) Cool Whip 3 oz. softened cream cheese Blend crackers with melted butter. Set aside. Mix cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk, strawberries, and lemon juice. Fold in Cool Whip. Place 1/2 of cracker mix in 8 x 8 inch pan. Pour strawberry mixture over crust. Sprinkle rest of cracker mixture over top. Freeze at least 4 hours. Take out at least 1/2 hour before ready to serve. |
