ROTINI LASAGNE 
1 (16 oz.) box Rotini (twist) pasta
1 (30 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Dried oregano flakes to taste
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute onions and ground meat until cooked; drain fat off. Add spaghetti sauce according to directions or use your favorite home-made sauce. Add oregano to taste. Boil water and add pasta according to directions - do not overcook. Drain and rinse with cool water. Prepare a 15 x 10 x 3 1/2 inch baking pan. Grease lightly with Crisco shortening or Pam spray. Layer ingredients - sauce, pasta, sauce, Mozzarella cheese, pasta, sauce, Mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
