MICROWAVE BOILED CUSTARD 
1 qt. sweet milk
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 c. sugar

Add 1/2 of sugar to milk and scald for 5 minutes on full power. Add flour mixed with rest of sugar. Cook full power for 1 minute. Stir. Cook 1 minute more. Beat eggs well. Add 1 cup hot milk to eggs. Mix well. Return to milk mixture. Cook to desired thickness, stirring every 1 minute. Take 3 or 4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
