CUCUMBER SALAD 
6 cucumbers
4 med. tomatoes
1 sm. to med. onion
Fresh ground pepper
1/4-1/2 c. sour cream

Peel and slice cucumbers, cut tomatoes into 8-12 wedges. Slice onion. Combine in bowl, season with pepper. Add sour cream and mix well. Chill in refrigerator several hours before serving.

Note: Walla Walla sweet onions or a Bermuda onion works well in this recipe.
