MARINATED VEGETABLES 
Italian dressing
Zucchini
Cucumbers
Red peppers
Carrots
Sliced green onion
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Yellow peppers
Tomato wedge
Sliced red onion
Yellow squash

Cut veggies to desired bite sizes and toss in large salad bowl. Add Italian dressing and marinate overnight. Add salt and pepper if desired.

For less crunchy veggies, parboil about 5 minutes.
