SMORE POPS PLEASE | |
This is a super easy and fun snack/dessert for the kids as well as your inner kid. I like to make this whenever I'm in a sweet tooth kinda mood and its really quick. 2 regular Hershey's chocolate bars (white chocolate is also a choice) 1 sleeve Honey Maid graham crackers (8 crackers) 1 (10 oz.) bag marshmallows Crush graham crackers into crumbs and place in bowl. Start melting chocolate in a small saucepan at medium heat and watch carefully. Put marshmallows on toothpicks or Popsicle sticks (easier to dip). After chocolate is melted dip the marshmallows in chocolate but do not completely saturate them in chocolate only dip 3/4ths of the way. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes, after 30 minutes the chocolate and graham crackers should be stuck to the marshmallow. Also I have a cousin that is allergic to wheat so no-wheat graham crackers are easy to find at a Publix or Kroger. P.S. I am only 15 years old and have a deep passion for cooking and I would really enjoy hearing positive feedback on this recipe. Please share with family and friends! Submitted by: Brandi Bridges |
