HOMEMADE ICE CREAM | |
1 c. milk 1 c. whipping cream 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Can use nuts or fruit also Utensils: Mayonnaise jar and large coffee can. Directions: Put in jar. Seal lid tight. Pack in coffee can with crushed ice. Add 3/4 cup rock salt. Have 2 kids roll back and forth for about 10 minutes. Check to see if you need to add more ice or drain water from can. Roll for about 10 minutes more or until ice cream is ready. |
