JIMMY CARTER CAKE | |
1/4 lb. soft butter 1 c. flour 2/3 c. chopped dry roasted nuts Mix like crumbs and press on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. 8 oz. cream cheese 9 oz. Cool Whip 1/3 c. peanut butter 1 c. powdered sugar Spread on cooled crumbs. 1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding 1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding With 2 3/4 c. milk Spread on top of peanut butter mixture. Spread 9 ounces Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chocolate curls made from Hershey bars. (Stroudsburg) |
