MAYONNAISE BISCUITS 
2 c. self rising flour
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix buttermilk and flour; add mayonnaise. Beat with spoon 20 strokes. Mixture will be thin. Drop by tablespoon on greased pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
