1 pkg. Polish sausage (6)
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. sugar
Crushed red pepper to taste

Cook tomatoes and mash until they resemble stewed tomatoes. Cook Polish sausage, cool and cut into bite size pieces. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Mix tomatoes, sausage, and macaroni and add seasonings. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes and serve.
