BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
1/4 c. chopped celery (fine)
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
1 c. B.B.Q. sauce
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cooking bag

Place pork chops in cooking bag. Spread onions, celery, green peppers and salt and pepper over chops. Cut butter into small pieces and put over pork chops. Mix BBQ sauce and water together and pour over chops. Tie bag and punch a few holes in top of bag. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
