ORANGE ROLLS 
1 c. shortening (1/2 butter)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
2 yeast cakes
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. cold water
4 eggs
7 1/2 c. flour

ORANGE MIXTURE:

1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
Grated rind of 1 orange

Mix together shortening, sugar, salt, and boiling water; cool. Add yeast dissolved in warm water. Add cold water, slightly beaten eggs, and flour. Do not knead. Put in refrigerator overnight, always! While dough is cold, divide into 4 parts. Roll out to about 1/2 inch thick. Spread orange mixture on top. Roll like a jelly roll. Cut in slices. Put into muffin tins. Let rise. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until done. Spread on glaze of orange juice and powdered sugar while hot.
