Ranch dipping sauce

Wash and cut the 10 cucumbers and cut how ever you like. You can use a ripple cutter for a decorative cut. A lemon zester may be used to peel the cucumbers for a fancy striped effect.

Pile chilled Ranch dressing into a fancy bowl in the center of a large platter and arrange the cut cucumbers radiating from the center. Sliced carrots may also be added for extra color.

Serve with bowls of fancy salt to the side (such as Himalayan Pink or Fleur de sal for a special occasion.
