CARAMEL-PECAN PIE | |
1 c. pecans 1 (9 inch) pie shell 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spoon caramel topping over this. Set aside. In medium bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Pour over caramel topping. Bake 350, 45 minutes. |
