4 med. sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled and mashed
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. allspice

Mash potatoes very well, add sugar, butter, vanilla, allspice, flour, milk and a well beaten egg. Mix thoroughly, put into square pan and bake at 350 degrees until done, cut into squares and serve.
