BASIC CREPES 
2/3 c. all purpose flour
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine beat ingredients until smooth. For each crepe, pour about 1/4 cup of batter in hot, lightly greased 7" or 8" skillet. Tilt skillet to spread batter evenly and thinly. When lightly browned, turn and brown on the other side. Remove; keep crepes separated between pieces of paper towel.
