BARBECUE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz. can chopped green chilies (optional)
1 c. barbecue sauce

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. corn chips
1/3 c. ripe olives
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in chilies and barbeque sauce. Place in a 10 x 6 or 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine eggs and sour cream. Spread over hamburger mixture. Top with corn chips and olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes.
