ZUCCHINI CRABCAKES 
2 c. grated zucchini, don't peel
1 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned filling mix
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Combine and shape into cakes. If too wet, add seasoned bread crumbs until cakes hold their shape. Fry in oil until brown.
