ICE BOX BUNS 
2 eggs, beaten good, add a little salt (1/2 tsp.)
1 cake compressed yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
3 tsp. butter
1 c. sugar

Add flour until stiff, 7 to 7 1/2 cups. Knead until fairly stiff. Place in bowl, cover, let stand overnight. Make into buns. Let rise 4 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Brush with butter.
