STUFFED BREAD DIP 
2 c. sour cream
1 2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
5 oz. dried beef shredded into sm. pieces
2 round loaves of pumpernickel or rye bread

Mix together, chill for several hours or overnight. Hollow center out of one loaf of bread. Tear the rest into pieces for dipping. Serves 10 to 20.
