STRAWBERRY JELLO WITH PRETZEL
CRUST
 
2 c. pretzels
2 tbsp. + 1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries

Mix broken pretzels, 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter. Press into a 13"x9" pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over crust.

Mix Jello and 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Let stand 10 minutes. Then pour over cream cheese mixture.
