TWENTY FOUR HOUR FRUIT SALAD 
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch of salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 pt. whipped cream
Maraschino cherries, if desired
Sliced bananas
2 c. sm. marshmallows
2 c. cut up grapes
2 c. pineapple chunks

Cook the yolks, milk, mustard, and salt over medium heat until thick. Let mixture cool thoroughly. Add the lemon juice. Fold in the whipped cream. Stir in the pineapple, grapes, and cherries. Refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally. Serve the next day after adding sliced bananas.
