STROMBOLI 
1 frozen loaf bread, thawed & raised
Mustard
Sliced ham
Shredded cheese (I use Mozzarella)
2 c. frozen broccoli & cauliflower, thawed, drained & diced

You can use any meat, cheese, vegetables you desire. As plain or stuffed as you like. Try a "pizza" stromboli!

Roll bread dough into a rectangle and place on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Line bread with mustard, meat, cheese, vegetables. Roll dough lengthwise, wet edge with water (lightly) and FLIP stromboli over - so seam is against baking sheet. Press down. Bake an additional 15 minutes or so until done. Slice and serve. Can be made ahead and even frozen. Oven temperature 375 degrees.
