MARINATED STEAK 
1 pot roast or chicken roast
2 tsp. tenderizer
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1 bay leaf, crushed
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil or olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. peppercorns or 2 tbsp. cracked pepper

Mix all ingredients. Pour mixture over steak. Let steak marinate for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature or refrigerate overnight. Grill steak on hot coals for 10 minutes on each side.
