EASY EGG AND SAUSAGE PUFF 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix all ingredients, bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees or cover and refrigerate to bake later.
