CHILI FOR THE CROWD 
10 lb. ground beef
8 oz. chopped onion
1 1/2 qt. tomato sauce
2 oz. chili powder
3 oz. cumin seed, ground
3 tbsp. salt
1 #10 can beans
5 oz. flour
2 c. cold water

Brown beef with onions. Add remaining ingredients in large pot. Add meat and onions. Add enough water to make total volume of 3 gallons. Simmer 3 hours. Add while stirring; flour paste made with flour and cold water. Heat until flour paste is cooked. Serves 50 (1 cup servings).
