REFRIGERATOR BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. 100% bran cereal
2 c. boiling water
3 c. sugar or 2 c. molasses
4 beaten eggs
5 tsp. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
4 c. Kelloggs All Bran
5 c. flour

Mix bran and boiling water together. Let cool. Mix together sugar or molasses, oil and eggs. Mix in other ingredients, then add the All Bran. Will keep in refrigerator 5 to 7 weeks.

Add raisins, nuts and dates as you bake them. Do not stir after first mixed. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
