2 lbs. hamburger 1 green pepper 1 sm. onion 1 can cream corn 1 can peas, drained 1 brick cheddar cheese, grated 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 sm. can chopped olives 1 can cream of mushroom soup Cooked noodles, 1 lg. pkg. corkscrew or bowtie pasta Brown first 3 ingredients. Put in a large pot first 8 ingredients. Season to taste. (If does not look enough, add more vegetables.) Add 1/2 grated cheese. Mix together. Add noodles. Put in 9 x 13 inch square pan (2 quart pan). Put rest of cheese on top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
