STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
1 lg. zucchini (1 to 1 1/2 lbs.)
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. deer burger
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt and pepper (or to taste)
8 oz. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)

Cut stem from zucchini. Split lengthwise, spoon out seed and soft pulp. Place zucchini in 9x13x2 inch baking dish or pan.

Melt butter in skillet. Cook onion until soft. Add deer burger, cook until done. Stir in tomato sauce and spices. Spoon mixture into zucchini halves and spread over top. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Put cheese on top of each zucchini. Return to oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
