JELLO RAINBOW CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. Jello (any flavor)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool for 15 minutes. Dissolve Jello with hot water. Add cold water. Poke holes in cake with fork 1/2 inch apart all over cake surface. Spoon Jello evenly over cake in pan. Chill at least 3 to 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip.
