JELLO RAINBOW CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello (two colors if desired)
2 c. boiling water
Frosting

Prepare cake in two layers and cool 15 minutes. Poke with fork at 1/2" intervals. Do not remove from pans. Dissolve each package of Jello separately in 1 cup boiling water. Pour each cup over a different layer. Chill 4 hours. Frost.
