"FRYING PAN" FUDGE 
1 stick butter
6 oz. can milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. pecans or other nuts
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Chop nuts; set aside. Mix sugar, butter and milk together in a heavy skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 6 more minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Stir until fudge begins to form. Quickly add vanilla flavoring. Drop fudge on wax paper with teaspoon. Let cool. Store in airtight container.
