CARAMEL PECAN CHEESECAKE | |
1 (8 oz) pkg. fat free cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1 (8 oz) tub fat free Cool Whip 1/4 c. pecans, toasted graham cracker pie crust, reduced fat 1/3 c. fat free caramel topping Mix cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread 1 cup of mixture onto crust, spread evenly. Top with 1/3 cup fat free caramel topping and 1/4 cup toasted pecans. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 3 hours. Garnish with additional caramel topping and pecans. Pie freezes well and recipe is weight watcher friendly. |
