FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter or oil
2 tbsp. water

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Bisquick with sugar, melted butter and water to make a soft dough. Turn on to lightly floured board and knead 8 to 10 times. Roll dough to 1/4" thick circle and place on greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Turn up the edges of the dough. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

FRUITS:

Banana
Pea ch
Cantaloupe
Kiwi or pear slices
Grapes
Strawberries, etc.

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. pineapple, apple or orange juice

Mix together cornstarch and sugar in saucepan. Add juice, stir constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and becomes clear. Set aside.

Assemble Pizza: Arrange fruit slices in alternate rows over top of baked crust. Use different colors of fruit. Pour warm fruit glaze over the top of the fruit slices. Chill 1 hour. Cut and serve.
