STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 mashed bananas
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream
1 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve water and Jello together. Save 1/4 cup of the mixture. Mix together the bananas, strawberries and pineapple. Put the mixed ingredients in the refrigerator until congealed.

To the softened cream cheese, add powdered sugar and vanilla; set aside. In another bowl, beat the whipping cream. Add this to the cream cheese and add the 1/4 cup Jello mix. Put this mixture on top of the congealed salad. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
