PEACHTREE SCHNAPPS DREAM CAKE 
9 x 13 inch yellow or white cake
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding, prepared with 3 c. milk
2/3 c. Peachtree Schnapps
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 can sliced peaches
Lg. wide bowl

Split cake lengthwise, cut pieces from 1/2 of cake to layer in the bottom of the bowl. Sprinkle 1/3 cup Peachtree Schnapps over cut cake; place sliced peaches over the top of this; spread 1/2 of pudding mixture over the peaches. Spread 1/2 of Cool Whip over pudding.

Cut the second half of cake into pieces to layer over top of Cool Whip. Sprinkle 1/3 cup Peachtree Schnapps over cut cake; spread second half of pudding mixture over the cake, spread second half of Cool Whip over the pudding. Keep refrigerated overnight. Serve with spoon and sprinkle more Peachtree Schnapps over each serving if desired.
