BEEF AND MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 deep dish unbaked pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sweet basil leaves
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375°F. Sauté onions, mushrooms and green peppers until tender. Add beef; brown. In large bowl, blend eggs, mayonnaise, milk, cheese and flour. Stir in meat mixture. Pour mixture evenly in crust.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
