YELLOW SQUASH STUFFED 
4 whole yellow squash
1 egg
Onion, minced
Salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. (1 oz.) box of Corn Flakes
Brown sugar

Boil the whole squash until crisp tender. Cool and cut in half. Scoop out all the "meat" into a bowl. Add 1 egg, minced onion, salt and 1 tablespoon butter. Thicken with Corn Flakes. Blend. Fill the shells. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or less.
