SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
2 c. Creamettes, uncooked
2 c. chicken, boned and cooked
2 c. broth or milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut up
1 sm. chopped onion

Or use 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of chicken soup.

Mix all together. Set in refrigerator overnight. When ready to bake, top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
