GRILLED STEAK AU POIVRE 
1 lg. sirloin
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp. butter, melted
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. brandy
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Place over hot coals and sear quickly on each side. Combine remaining ingredients and baste steak as grilling continues. Turn steak frequently basting each time, until cooked to desired degree. Remove from grill and pour remaining sauce over steak.
