DILL PICKLES 
12-15 sm. cucumbers
2 bay leaves
6 cloves garlic
10 peppercorns
3 stalks fresh dill with seeds
5 tbsp. coarse salt
4 1/2 c. water

Wash cukes, pack into 1 jar. Mix water and salt; add bay leaves, garlic and peppercorns; mix. Pour into jar. Cover with fresh dill. Add rest of water. Cover jar tightly. Let set out for at least 1 week.
