EASY CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

Frozen crust or
1/4 lb. lightly salted butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, graham crackers until soft. Press into pie plate.

FILLING;
2 lbs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
4 lg. eggs
Pinch salt

Mix cream cheese and sugar. Beat 2 minutes until soft. Add lemon juice and salt and blend. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
