BANANA SHAKE 
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. skim milk
1 med. sized banana, sliced
1/2 c. Post Grape Nut cereal
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients in blender on medium speed, about 30 seconds or until smooth. Makes 2 (1 1/2 cup) servings.
